Project Overview
The contract to refurbish an existing space at the Welsh Blood Service’s site in Llantrisant was awarded to Office Visions following our professional presentation, that reiterated the Team Approach we adopt to the completion of all projects.
The works incorporated al aspects of demolition, mechanical, lighting, flooring, partitioning, decoration, power, voice and data as well as furniture.
As our working site was contained within a working office, it was important that our on-site operatives were liveried in the correct PPE and that there were designated routes for our operatives to utilize when bringing materials into the building. The latter activity was always scheduled to happen outside of the normal working hours.
Our site supervisor would meet with Welsh Blood’s Facilities Manager on a daily basis to explain the activities that would be happening that day so that Welsh Blood were made aware of such occurrences as the power being turned off for a period of time.
