Since joining Office Visions in 1995, Paul has been the single point of contact for our clients throughout the entire project process.
His unparalleled communication skills and ability to always complete projects on time and within budget allows Paul to make sure each and every client’s expectations are successfully met – no matter what the project.
With over 15 years of experience in the fitting industry, Lee has managed projects for brands including Arcadia, Harrods, House of Fraser and Samsung.
Known for achieving the highest quality finishes with fast turnaround times, Lee now lends his successful ‘hands-on’ approach to every single one of our project builds. His ability to recognise – and pre-empt – any obstacles and difficulties means he is always forward-thinking to stay one step ahead and in control of each project’s delivery.
As a founder and director of Office Visions, Roger has over forty years of experience in the office design and fit out industry.
Today, Roger takes on a consultancy role where his wealth of industry experience and knowledge is applied to projects of all sizes and complexities for optimal results.
With a BA in interior design and a wealth of experience in the retail sector, Martin joined Office Visions in 2013 to apply his skills and experience to our design process.
The talented designer now uses his freehand drawing skills to sketch initial ideas that are then translated into working drawings and visual renders that help our clients see their vision before we transform it into a reality.

We require an experienced individual with a detailed knowledge of how a Contracts Manager operates.
Main Purpose of Role
The Contracts Manager helps to secure Building and Refurbishment Contracts. You would manage projects through to completion, keeping them on time and within budget. You may be responsible for a single large project or a number of smaller ones at one time. You would also be the main point of contact for Clients, Site Managers and Contractors throughout the life of the project.
