Project Overview
Office Visions were commissioned to complete a CAT A Fit Out of the Interior demise of Severnside House. The works entailed completely gutting the space and then renewing it, in readiness for the Landlord to have a lettable building.
The contract period was 6 months, October 2020 to March 2020 and the form of contract utilised was a JCT Design and Build Contract, 2016.
Our experienced Project Management Team led by Site Manager, Lee Evans and Site Supervisor, Craig Coombs, ensured the Project was completed on time, without any Health and Safety incident, within budget and to a standard that recognizes the building as one of the most prestigious out of town office developments, in South Wales.
