Mindpearl are an independently owned Global Contact Centre Specialist that had secured the contract to provide telephone reservation services for airlines Air Pacific and Pacific Sun.
Consequently, they established a Contact Centre in Fiji accommodating 750 staff – 670 Contact Centre and 80 Support and Office staff.
Our brief was to provide a cost effective but quality solution that would allow Mindpearl to successfully operate from Fiji.
We had to convince Mindpearl that we were able to successfully and efficiently organize and run the completion of the furnishing of the new centre, from our base in Cardiff.
Office Visions were chosen to complete the refurnishing work in front of competitors from Fiji, New Zealand and South Africa.
During out initial discussions with Mindpearl, we were provided with plans from which to provide our quotation.
Having provided an initial quotation to complete the works we suggested Mindpearl amend the plans to provide a more efficient working environment for its staff. They appreciated our input and the fact that we were willing to revise the plans for them.
We presented the plans in 2d and 3d format, which allowed the Project Manager to explain our ideas more clearly to her Board of Directors.
Having visited our Showroom to view the quality of the products we were suggesting and to gain a better understanding of Office Visions as a business, we won the contract to furnish the New Centre.
We then began organizing shipment of products from the UK to Fiji, which in itself was a 6 weeks process and planning the logistics of our completing the works. We sent our in house Office Visions Team of fitters to complete the works and whilst on site they trained the Mindpearl Maintenance Team to erect and dismantle the furniture.
