Project Overview
Under the umbrella of the Morgan Sindall Group, Lovell Partnership delivers high-quality, innovatively designed apartments, townhouses and family homes across the country for open market sale, affordable rent, private renting or shared ownership.
The project encompassed the complete fit-out of their new offices, incorporating space planning, design, partitioning, flooring, mechanical and electrical works, wall Graphics and Furniture.
It was important to Lovell Homes that their new offices be consistent with their status both, as a national brand, and an organisation who valued the importance of their personnel.
We engaged with the Lovell Homes Project Manager in extensive question and answer sessions to ensure we fully understood the culture of the Lovell Homes organisation, and how the various departments worked and interrelated with each other.
The use of a multitude of wall graphics within the new space was a success and has received many positive comments from staff and visitors alike.
