Project Overview
As a US Headquartered company, the UK Headquarters was located at the Cardiff Medicentre, but took the decision to locate to Vision Court to occupy 8,000ft2, over 2 phases due to its innovative and vibrant image and the ability of Office Visions to fit the space out to match the organisation’s very specific requirements.
Our objective was to create a very clear, modern, vibrant environment to reflect the culture of Indoor’s business, whilst being able to provide 4,500ft2 of Laboratory Space, Clean Areas and associated storage space, to satisfy the specific requirements of the regulatory bodies monitoring the work of the organization.
