Project Overview
Bloor Homes, the Derbyshire Headquartered House Builder, took the decision to open a New Office in Leicester, accommodating 55 People, 4 Meeting Rooms, a Tea Point and various informal ad-hoc Break Out Area Spaces.
Having previously worked with Mike Kelly, the new Managing Director for the Region, whilst at Bellway Homes in Coventry, Office Visions were awarded the contract to completely Furnish and Fit Out the New Offices.
The works encompassed:
- New black framed Partitioning, whilst refurbishing an element of the existing already on site.
- New LED lighting including feature lighting above the Reception Desk and Breakout Spaces
- New Flooring
- New Power, Voice and Data
- Acoustic Barrers above the Ceiling
- New Furniture
The works were successfully completed within the short 7 week timeframe we were provided and within the budget parameters set by the client.
The environment created with its distinctive hot desk area, plants and innovative furniture has been well received by not only Mike and his team in Leicester, but the group as a whole, as we have since been awarded the contract to furnish the Organisation’s new Offices in Northampton.
