Office Build for the Home Builders
Bloor Homes wanted to include a number of modern collaborative spaces alongside the more traditional desking and cellular offices for their new Regional Offices in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
To do this, we proposed monochrome desking areas and then introduced colour into the collaborative spaces.
The space is enhanced with several collaboration spaces delineated with Wooden Furniture, Feature Lighting and Carpet.
Department desk areas are broken up with storage with matching planters on top. The cellular offices all have Glazed partitions with manifestation to allow natural light to penetrate through the building from both sides.
We managed to complete the project ahead of schedule and within budget during the local lockdown in the area.
