Project Overview
Whizz-Kidz, the charity that transforms the lives of disabled children by providing the initial equipment, support and life shelter they need to reach their full potential, had to move offices to Park Street, Central London near Tower Bridge, due to their existing office being redeveloped.
Having met with the Finance Director and Project Manager in London, and obtained a limited brief, we compiled a Project Questionaire that helped the Project Team think about their exact requirements, that in turn provided us with a more comprehensive brief, from which we could provide a more relevant Proposal, with costings, 2d and 3d designs and a virtual reality tour of their new space.
We were commended on the professionalism, and transparency of our Proposal, following our presentation at Whizz-Kidz’ existing Head Office, where we itemised every cost element of the Project, whilst bringing the space “alive” with the designs we created.
Cost was obviously an important aspect of the Project, being a charity, as was creating a modern, vibrant environment in the heart of London.
The Financial Director also commented on the fact that he “believed” us and we would do what we promised.
