Since joining Office Visions in 1994 – and becoming Managing Director in 1997 – Simon has played an active role in each and every Office Visions project.

With a wealth of prestigious projects under his belt – and an unrivalled knowledge of the office furniture market – Simon now applies his experience and forward-thinking to ensures that every single brief is delivered to a standard beyond each client’s expectations.

Lee Evans
Contracts Director

With over 15 years of experience in the fitting industry, Lee has managed projects for brands including Arcadia, Harrods, House of Fraser and Samsung.

Known for achieving the highest quality finishes with fast turnaround times, Lee now lends his successful ‘hands-on’ approach to every single one of our project builds. His ability to recognise – and pre-empt – any obstacles and difficulties means he is always forward-thinking to stay one step ahead and in control of each project’s delivery.

Consultant

As a founder and director of Office Visions, Roger has over forty years of experience in the office design and fit out industry.

Today, Roger takes on a consultancy role where his wealth of industry experience and knowledge is applied to projects of all sizes and complexities for optimal results.

Martin Kay
Senior Designer

With a BA in interior design and a wealth of experience in the retail sector, Martin joined Office Visions in 2013 to apply his skills and experience to our design process.

The talented designer now uses his freehand drawing skills to sketch initial ideas that are then translated into working drawings and visual renders that help our clients see their vision before we transform it into a reality.

Martyn Young
Senior Designer

Martyn joined Office Visions in 2015 following a successful career in retail planning and design.

Martyn’s innovative design focus continues to push the design process into the 3D rendering arena, where he produces stunning visuals and walkthroughs that help our clients to better understand, visualise and immerse themselves in their workspace vision.

Helen Long
Finance & HR

Helen joined Office Visions in 2020 and is responsible for financial accounting and office management within the company.

With over 20 years’ experience in a similar role, Helen ensures that the day-to-day office management tasks and the update and maintenance of the financial systems are performed in a timely and efficient manner.

Amy joined the team in 2017 after moving back to the UK

Having developed great relationships with both suppliers and clients, Amy’s no nonsense approach and meticulous organisational skills ensure deadlines are met and furniture installations run smoothly.

Contracts & Health & Safety

Lee joined Office Visions in 2021 after 13 years in the British Army.  

With experience of applying Health and Safety best practise in high stress and urgent scenarios globally, Lee embraces the safety culture and implements new safety initiatives within the Site team, along with monitoring current practises.

Martin joined the team in 2015 as a highly motivated multi trade interior fit-out specialist.

His excellent eye for detail and collaborative skills help him to ensure that finished products adhere to the industry and quality standards and that works are completed on time.

Ian has been a member of the team since 2002 as a multi-skilled interior fit out specialist.

With his SMSTS training in addition to his various other skills, he ensures that projects are not only delivered on time but also within a safe environment.
