OGI is the full fibre internet infrastructure provider intent on giving people, communities and businesses around South Wales a ‘real online advantage’

To allow the organisation to successfully achieve this, they have opened offices for their operational and on site engineers in Newport, Cardiff and St. Clears.

Opening the offices entailed working with an organisation able and willing to provide the necessary Fit Out, Refurbishment and Furniture Skills that may be required in these locations.

Office Visions proved to be that organisation

Successful Completion

Office Visions were successful in tendering for the works at Newport, and having won that and successfully completing on time and within budget, then completed the works at OGI’s other two offices.

The works differed in all three locations; but entailed the following:

Curtain Walling to match the company colours
Partitioning to segregate Workshop Areas from Office Areas, and the necessary insulation
Flooring
Ceilings
Power, voice, data and new lighting
Air conditioning and ventilation
Newly tiled toilet areas
Meeting furniture and seating booths

OGI were delighted with the quality of our works in Newport and crucially, how we kept them informed of progress during the Project and how awe adhered to our Programme of Works, all of which continues during the St Clears and Cardiff Projects.
