Project Overview
Due to requiring more space for their expanding Project Team, Galliford Try required additional office space and so relocated to a new 2 storey Office Building at Aztec West, on the outskirts of Bristol.
Having worked with Galliford Try during the Refurbishment and Furnishing of their previous offices at Portishead, Office Visions were invited to tender for the complete fit out of the new offices and were subsequently awarded the contract, to a value of £155,000.00
The new works entailed:
- New Partitioning
- New Tea Point with ‘Island’ Facilities
- New Vinyl Flooring
- Reconfiguring and adding to the existing air conditioning and ventilation systems to accommodate the new layouts
- New Power to accommodate the desk layouts
- New storage wall systems, collaborative seating pods and cubed storage units.
We guaranteed to complete the work in 6 weeks, which we achieved through successful Project Management by our Project Manager, Lee Evans, our on site team of trusted Subcontractors managed by our own On Site Foreman who formally met once a week with Galliford Try Project Manager and Lee, to discuss any issues that could be addressed, to ensure the programme remained achievable.
