Cornerstone Finance

Project Overview

Imperial purchased a 1,200ft2 building at Cardiff Gate Business Park, to act as a Central Hub for Cornerstone Finance and it’s Wealth Management Partner, Imperial Chartered, under the same roof, albeit on separate floors. These 2 businesses were joined in the building by 2 existing tenants.

Following a successful competitive tender, Office Visions were appointed to fit out and furnish their
new office at Callaghan Square in Cardiff, which would need to accommodate 79 people, meeting
rooms, a reception area, café and breakout
areas.

Successful Completion

Having been provided with the task to provide working and meeting room space that would inspire staff and clients to want to ‘get back’ to the office and to visit the office, Office Visions undertook a 6week consultation, design and quotation process.

We spent time asking the Client Team questions, to allow us to understand their brief. This allowed us to create relevant designs and specifications for us to quote against. The Office Visions Show room was a great tool for us to show and explain to the Imperial Project Team our concepts, designs and products we were suggesting.

The Project took 11 weeks to complete incorporated the renewing of the building’s outdated Mechanical Systems with all, new air conditioning, new tea-points, flooring, furniture and partitioning. The different types of imagery applied to the distinctly designed glazed and solid meeting room and office walls, helped to bring the various areas alive.
