1. Commitment to Achieving Net Zero

Office Visions Limited is committed to achieving Net Zero carbon emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and significant Scope 3 emissions by 2030, in line with our corporate sustainability strategy and UK Government requirements.

2. Emissions Reduction Targets

Office Visions Limited is targeting Net Zero by 2030. We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to:

• 2026: 110 tCO₂e
• 2027: 90 tCO₂e
• 2028: 70 tCO₂e
• 2029: 60 tCO₂e
• 2030: Net Zero

This trajectory reflects implementation of the key actions detailed in Section 3.

3.Carbon Reduction Projects & Roadmap

Year: 2024

• Outcome: Net Zero Scope 2 achieved.
• Solar panels installed at Head Office (Vision Court).
• Export of surplus electricity to the grid via Scottish Power.
• 20% of company fleet transitioned to electric vehicles.
• Outcome: 16% reduction in energy consumption, direct renewable energy contribution.

2025 (Current)

• Further 21% reduction in energy consumption through efficiency and solar generation.
• Strengthened supplier engagement to ensure subcontractors meet sustainability criteria.
• Outcome: >37% cumulative reduction in energy consumption.

2026

• Achieve an additional 25% reduction in energy consumption.
• Expand recycling plan to >98% of all office waste.
• Increase electric fleet to 60%.
• Outcome: Majority fleet transition, 62% cumulative reduction.

2027

• Transition 100% of vehicles to electric.
• Adopt ISO-accredited Carbon Management System.
• Outcome: Net Zero Scope 1 (transport) achieved.

2028

• Operate 100% renewable electricity across offices and project sites.
• Reduce embodied carbon through low-carbon materials.

2029

• Strengthen Scope 3 reductions via local supply chains and circular economy practices.
• Offset unavoidable residual emissions.
• Outcome: Scope 3 reduced by 40%.

2030 (Target)

• Achieve Net Zero across Scope 1, 2, and significant Scope 3.
• Publish a verified Net Zero Carbon Performance Report.
• Outcome: Net Zero status achieved.

4. Declaration and Sign-Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 by Greenhat Consulting Limited and associated guidance and reporting standards for Carbon Reduction Plans. Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard, using Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas reporting. This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the Board of Directors of Office Visions Limited.
