After leaving University Simon began his career at KPMG, the International Accountancy Firm, before joining Office Visions in 1994 following the sale of Abacus Office Equipment.
Simon took over the role of Managing Director when we moved to our current headquarters at Pentwyn during 1997.

| Roger Gambarini |
|
Roger, a founder Director of the company, is now involved with Office Visions in a Consultancy Role where his forty years of experience within the Industry, are used in assisting the company whenever his knowledge can be usefully applied.

| Ian Venables |
|
A senior professional with thirty years experience in the banking industry as a Branch Manager and Local Area Personal Banking Manager.
For several years he was a Director and Company Secretary of a Property Development and Investment Company before joining OV in 2007. |

| Paul Gambarini |
|
Paul first joined us in 1995 becoming Sales Director in 1999.
During an interim period he spent two years with an international telephone company. Spending a lot of his time in Holland as part of the Management Team charged with establishing a new chain of retail outlets throughout Holland.
Paul rejoined Office Visions in September 1998 and has worked closely with Simon in developing our sales policy ever since. Another family member of the Company.

| Lee Evans |
|
|
Lee joined the Company in 2008 and has worked in the refurbishment Industry for in excess of 15 years. Previously involved with projects valued at over £5 Million, Lee has managed projects for many of the High Street retailers eg Moss Bros, Harrods and House of Frasier. |

| Andrew Hiscocks |
|
Andrew graduated with a first class Honours Degree in Product Design from the University of Glamorgan in 2002 and was awarded the best final year student award in the Engineering department. He went on to gain a PGCE in further Education in 2003. Currently, Andrew is part way through completing a MA in Design at the University of Wales, Newport.
Before undertaking his role of CAD Designer with Office Visions, Andrew was a lecturer in Furniture and Product Design and prior to that carried out a Product & Graphic Design role.

| David Williams |
|
David started his career as a fitter and joiner, apprenticed to the Royal Ordinance Factory, Glascoed and rising to become the Project and Facilities Manager for an American company with a turnover in excess of forty million pounds.
David's experience, not to mention his numerous qualifications, have been instrumental in ensuring the success of the 'Turn-key Projects' we have successfully completed during recent years.
Affectionately known in house as Grandad, his practical 'hands on' approach, together with his communication skills, developed over nearly 40 years experience within the facilities management team of a large corporation, have proved to be an invaluable asset to Office Visions.
